In the UK, women are expected to own 60% of all personal wealth by 2025.
Driving Change...
Women on Board has been initiated here in the UK to help to address and improve the gender balance on UK company boards.
Women on Board partners with many professional women’s networks as well as corporate, government and not-for-profit organisations to create opportunities for women, mentor women into Directorships and ensure a high level of dynamic interaction across its large and influential network.
The network has many qualified, female executives across all sectors who are established in working at Director level or who are looking for a Board career.
Many activities can be accessed through the website. This brings the Women on Board network together in a virtual space to share information and experiences, creating a community in which women can draw support, encouragement, advice and services from an established network.
